Shipping

We ship from the USA using the postal service or UPS. Items will be carefully packaged to ensure they arrive to you safely. If anything arrives damaged please contact us immediately at ciasg5.power@gmail.com. If you are an international buyer, please keep in mind that your government may charge taxes and duties. These are out of our control and determined by your government. We do not receive or collect these taxes and duties. We strongly warn against ordering items containing CIAS tablets if you are in the EU, because of customs regulations and requirements (the UK is okay).

Refund Policy

Each item is carefully inspected prior to shipping, but we are human. Expect some variability and imperfections with handmade items. We accept returns, but shipping fees are not refunded unless there was an error on our side. We take extra efforts to ensure your items are carefully packaged for safe transit, but if any items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days. We will need to work together to file a claim with USPS or UPS. If we shipped the wrong items, first accept our sincere apologies! Contact us right away at ciasg5.power@gmail.com and we will make things right.
